I think that the “Change timelock delay” of succeeded proposals should somehow correspond to (for example) locking periods. It’s not confidence-building if I decided to stake SHARE with a timelock of 3 days and then parameters affecting my investment can be changed within a shorter period of time.

I agree, the Share lock should be lower than the change timelock delay.
Share timelock reduces to 1.5 day, Change timelock reduces to 2 days. Therefor Share timelock is half a day less than the change timelock. Cheers
